Where he’s from: Born in San Mateo, CA. Grew up in cajun country, Lafayette, LA. till moving to Pensacola for Bible College in 1982.
His story: Grew up Catholic, surrendered to the Lordship of Christ at 18 and went to Bible College. Started in full-time ministry in 1987 as a Singles Pastor. Started Harvest in 1996. Family: Married the MBGIW (most beautiful girl in the world), Debbie, in 1984. 3 children, Michael, Brittany, and Victoria. “All of my family loves to cook–minus myself. LOVE to eat what they cook!”

Something you probably don’t know: “I have a severe addiction to Tabasco sauce. I put it on about everything you can think of!”

Pastor Roger Hirth
Associate Pastor
Where he’s from: Born in Tampa FL… Loves the south, Loves the sun.
His story: Came from strong Christian heritage. The 4th of 6 children . Always knew my life was for eternal purpose.
Family: Married Teresa in 1986. Have 3 great kids – Courtney, Erin and Austin. Most of their childhood was spent oversees as we were missionaries in Romania from 1994 to 2004. Courtney is now married to Michael Lepinay.
Favorite quote: “One life will soon be past but only what’s done for Christ will last.” Something you probably don’t know: “I place a lot of emphasis organization” “Organization saves time and money”
Education: Bachelor of Theology – Liberty Bible College Master of Divinity, Master of Theology – Christian Life School of Theology
Hobbies: Flying, scuba diving, playing guitar…. Oh yeah, and a good cup of coffee!

Pastor Rich Beal
Pastor of Family Ministries
Where he’s from: Portsmouth, San Diego, Oakland, Jacksonville, Chicago, Pensacola, Birmingham, and finally, Pensacola (in that order).
His story: When Rich was 11 years old, he defeated an 8 year old boy in a Star Wars trivia contest at the mall and made him cry. The rest of his life was influenced by that one event.
His ministry: Rich has a Bachelor of Theology degree which has not helped him one bit in his attempts at ministry. What has helped is his predilection toward schizophrenia as his many different personalities “wow” the audience of unsuspecting elementary school students.
Family: Rich and his wife, Jennifer, have four children and a dog named Remington . . . Remington Beal.
Goal in life: To hike the entire 2,000+ miles of the Appalachian Trail before his 80th birthday.

Pastor Greg Sexton
Care Ministries
Where he’s from: Born November 16, 1962 and reared in good old Pensacola, Florida.
His story: Grew up in Southern Baptist church, son of part time music minister/college English professor and elementary teacher. Saved in 1973 at the age of 10. First came to Harvest in August, 1996. Previously served in Music and Youth Ministry in Southern Baptist Churches for 13 years. Greg is currently employed as music teacher at Jim Allen Elementary School and a member of the Board of Directors for Pensacola Opera.
Family: Married to Betty Katherine Fountain on April 25, 1981. Children: Adam Gregory, Bryan Alexander, and Natalie Faith.
Hobbies: Reading, hiking & camping, woodworking, cooking.

Debbie Lepinay
Administrator
Where she’s from: Born and raised in South Louisiana. Moved to Pensacola is 1983 to go to Bible college.
Her story: Raised in a Catholic home but never knew what real commitment to Jesus Christ was until she was radically saved in 1982.
Ministry at Harvest: Currently directing our Community Group ministry, and is Administrator for Harvest Learning Center, Harvest Church’s childcare center. She also works a lot with the business side of things, as well as legal issues. So many hats, so little time…
Family: She is married to Bobby Lepinay, Harvest’s Lead Pastor, and is mom to 3 wonderful kiddos: Michael, Brittany, and Victoria, as well as mom-in-law to Courtney, the Lepinays’ newest daughter. They also have 4 cute furry family friends: Mia, the great big German Shepherd, and cats Pookie, Kona, and Michael’s little guy, Hobbes.

Jennifer Watkins
Office Manager / Pastoral Assistant
Where she’s from: Born and raised in Medford, Oregon.
Her Ministry: Works at Harvest as the Office Manager and Pastor’s Assistant.
Interesting fact: Drove alone across the country six times before settling in Pensacola. “I was trying to find myself. I never want to be in a car more than 4 hours now or I start getting crazy!”

Jodie Chevillet
Pastor of Youth Ministries (Grade 6-12)
Her story: Jodie is an ordained minister who has been actively involved in building the Kingdom of God for the last 20 years in various capacities, including children’s ministry, youth ministry and church planting.
Family: She has been married to her husband, Jeff for 21 years, and has two incredible children (Brittany – 20, Danny – 17). She also has two dogs – a toy poodle (Fonzie), a long-haired chihuahua (Capt Jack Sparrow) and a goldfish named Clinton Kelly.
Her vision: Jodie believes that the young people of today are the leaders of tomorrow and are our greatest treasure!

Steve Robertson
Technical Director
Where he’s from: FBI check pending.
His story: He doesn’t like talking about himself, so just try getting this info from him!
Ministry: Facilities Administrator/guy who knows and can do just about anything we ask him to. Sound guru.
Family: Married to Sherri with daughter Abigail.
Most common phrase heard from Steve: “I don’t know everything. I just know more than everybody else.”
Dave Flaton
Video Director
Where he’s from: Born and raised in New Milford, CT. Moved to Pensacola for Bible College in 2000.
His story: Coming soon to a theater near you!
Ministry: Director of Video Production, un-official Movie Guru, Man of a dozen faces in Kids Church.
Family: Married to Leah with their 2 cats/children Pewter and Tiki.

Alan Sellers
Multimedia Director
Where he’s from: Panama City, FL
His story: Raised in a Christian home. Saved since Jan. of 2000. Moved to Pensacola in 2001 to complete a Computer Science Degree at UWF. Joined the Harvest family in 2003.
Ministry: Director of Media
Education: Bachelor of Science – Computer Science – University of West Florida
Hobbies: Software Development, Gaming, R/C Flight (Planes, Helicopters, etc.), Legos, Air-cooled Engines (i.e. Old VWs), Paintball, and any new Tech Gadget.

Teresa Skelley
Director of Elementary Ministries
Where she’s from: Pensacola, FL.
Her story: Teresa has been in leadership positions in ministry since college, and recently, along with her husband Ian, has graduated from Globe. We came to Harvest around 7 years ago and have been working with the children ever since.
Her ministry: Working with the children as the director of the K-5 ministry, along with anything else Pastor Rich (her boss) tells her to do.
Family: Married since 1995 to the most amazing husband and creator of the reality show “All Over the World”…Ian Skelley. We are also the proud owners of the cutest puppy in the world….Bernie.
Hobbies: NOT HIKING OR CAMPING!…..Day Spa has a nice ring to it!

Jennifer Counselman
Director of Preschool Ministries
Where she’s from: Born and raised in Pensacola, FL
Her story: Jennifer has always loved working with children. In high school, she felt led by the Lord to go into children’s ministry. Jennifer graduated from the University of West Florida in 2000 with a BA in Pre-k/Preliminary Early Education degree. She taught kindergarten for 4 years before starting a family of her own.
Ministry: Jennifer is the director of HarvestKids preschool ministry, the goal of which is to teach children at an early age that God loves them, God cares about them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.
Family: Jennifer is married to Galen, and they have 2 children, Jackson and Emma, plus Tasha the cat and Pheobe the “shaggy” dog.

Lisa Hassett
Events Coordinator
Where’s she from: Born and raised in California. Moved to Pensacola in 2003. Before that we spent eight years in Atsugi Japan.
Ministry: Events coordinator and Jennifer’s assistant. Oversee host team and whatever Harvest needs me to do! I love my job!
Family: Married for almost 30 years to Michael. We have two great sons, Brian, 18 and Christopher, 26. Proud Grandma of 5 year old Hannah Elizabeth Hassett. My family has been blessed by becoming part of Harvest.
